Leadership Workshop

The Adaptive Leadership Cohort begins with an in-person gathering July 17-20, 2023 at a luxury woodland resort called the Evins Mill in Smithville, Tennessee ( The workshop starts with dinner on July 17th and concludes after breakfast on the 20th. During the workshop we’ll set the foundation for the cohort’s learning and development together. The schedule includes a combination of cohort activities and personal time to explore the walking trails and grounds of the property.

Additional Guests Policy: Due to constraints of the facility, participants are not able to bring kids to the in-person gathering. However, participants may choose to bring their spouse. Participants who bring a spouse will pay an additional $250 spouse fee to cover added food costs at the resort. Spouses are welcome to join meals and explore the resort grounds.  However, only participants will complete the cohort workshop.
